1		0009 CE, ROMAN OFFICER and FIRST CENTURION of the XVIII LEGION: MARCUS CAELIUS, age 52 1/2, born in the Lemonian District of Bologna, Italy June 43 BC. He would have known Julius Caesar. Centoph found near the Rhine River in Xanten, Germany, 78 miles WSW of Teutoburg Forest battle site. Erected by his brother PUBLIUS CAELIUS. both were Sons of Titus and from Rome's ruling class.
